Legacy Yard

This multi-vendor dining hall and rooftop bar is conceived as a dynamic urban ecosystem—a layered social hub where community, culture, and culinary expression meet. The design merges industrial architecture with lush biophilic accents, bold street-art influences, and playful outdoor environments that transition seamlessly from day to night. Each level of the venue offers a distinct energy, yet all are united by an ethos of openness, creativity, and collective experience.

At the heart of the space lies a vibrant, warehouse-inspired market hall. Raw materials—brick, steel, exposed ceilings, polished concrete—form a neutral but textural canvas for the vendors’ identities to shine. Large murals add doses of color and personality, acting as cultural landmarks within the space.
Hanging greenery softens the structural elements, while communal wood tables introduce warmth and approachability. Seating layouts encourage free movement, discovery, and spontaneous interaction, mirroring the spontaneity of street markets.

Above the market sits the rooftop—a relaxed, social terrace designed around sunlight, sea breezes, and community. Pops of color from bar stools, vibrant tiles, and playful seating create a celebratory atmosphere. Swing seating, pergolas lush with greenery, and string lighting cultivate an effortless, youthful charm.
The intention is to create an urban “backyard in the sky”—a space that balances casual lounging with the energetic pulse of a beach-adjacent city.
